I'm pretty sure that my files are set up correctly.
I have Mastereffect.h, Reshade.fx and the Mastereffects folder in my bin64.
I'm using this preset (and its instructions): http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/3312/

What's interesting to note, is that when I go into my Nvidia Control Panel, manage 3D settings, and set the preferred graphics processor for Gw2-64.exe as my integrated Intel graphics (I have 2 cards) the game is able to launch but the card doesn't have enough juice to play the game at a reasonable fps.
Anybody have a similar situation and can recommend a solution?
D3d8.dll And D3d9.dll Download
